I was given free movie rentals from itunes for difficulties with my account and its not letting me use them. I have 3 and everytime i try to rent a movie under 5.99 it wont let me

What does 'it wont let me' mean ? If you mean that you've rented a film and it charged you contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
And it's not a good idea to post images that contain your email address on any public forum
