Question: Smart Tempo - does it let me apply project tempo changes to all audio tracks?

Hi,

In the new Smart Tempo world I am trying to figure out what happens to existing tracks? Here is what I've done:

Recorded an audio track with ADAPT mode for smart tempo. The tempo varied between 108 and 112. I then created a new tempo set at 112. The tempo now of my recording now matched the 112 setting.

Then I changed the tempo setting to KEEP. When I recorded a second audio track, the Smart Tempo feature worked and it fixed any blemishes in my recording to make it match my 112 bpm setting.

Now, I changed the tempo to 108. What I notice is the second audio track adjusts fine to 108 (as does my midi/software tracks). However, the first track seems to say at the original 112 bpm and now is out of sync with everyone else.

Any suggestions?

Hi Sandal, have a look one more time here if you will,

because it really works like demonstrated in this demo. I myself have not experienced any problems with it, but one has to adjust a few things before it works correctly.
