syncing my photos takes more than 30 hours and then does not add all?

I have been trying to sync my photos from my pc to iphone, Itunes takes more than 30 hours and then does not add all photos? I am stuck

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.3

Photos on Mac not syncing It's been more than 3 hours and photos from iPhone are not synced on the Mac version of Photos. They are uploaded on the iPhone version of Photos and the iCloud. I've been connected through wifi and a personal hotspot. Everything else is working (emails are syncing etc.).
