Question: i cant report a purchase i made because its not showing up in my purchase history even though i made the purchase and it took my money

I made a in app purchase and I didn’t get what I wanted but it still took my money, so I went to report it but I can’t report it because it’s not in my purchase history for some reason I don’t know what to do and I’m afraid I’ll never get my money back or get what I payed for

Are you sure that the purchase went through successfully and it's not just : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? Successful purchases will show on your purchase history on your computer's iTunes, on http://reportaproblem.apple.com , and you will get an emailed receipt
