Can’t make calls using Siri? Please help

I understand Siri is not responding to your request to initiate telephone calls. Are you referring to the "Hey Siri" command? On an iPhone 5s, Siri will not respond unless you are plugged into power. Take a look at the resource below for help with Siri:

Thanks for the additional info. Based on the information you've provided, I think contacting Apple Support may be the best way to troubleshoot this issue.

Hello,

Siri responds on every command. But the problem is only while making calls. Whenever I command Siri to make calls it says "sorry, can't make calls using this number". Whereas when I make normal calls without aid of Siri it can normally place call. And the problem is not with particular number but Siri responds same way with every number.
