computer beachballing and very slow

I have included my EtreCheck report and would appreciate some feedback. I had asked Apple for some help with Photos and since then - 3 days ago my machine has been very slow. I have included both the major issues and the minor issues.

I want to make a Photobook which I have done many times before with no problems. This time everything seems so low and each photo is taking about 3 minutes to edit.

Any help would be appreciated.
