Does airport express support USB audio devices?

Is it possible to plug a USB audio output device (USB speakers/amp) into the USB port on an Airport Express and play music via airplay that way?

Is there a router on the market with sound out? Are there any router/access point options to Airport Express out there so I can get whole house audio via Airplay 2? I have a bunch of radios & powered speakers running sound from AEX’s from my now discontinued Airport rig. The are replacements on eBay, etc. but they’re getting pricey. No other routers, mesh etc. seem to have sound ports. Thanks, Tom
