Where is 'abrad'?
I know you’ll be disappointed but I have to tell you that unless you know the appropriate passwords or, the person who had originally set up that activation lock can be traced and will help, that phone is of no further use.
Activation lock is a protective feature against loss or theft you will learn to value when you have a working phone. There is no way to bypass it.

You will have to find and contact the previous owner, only he/she can potentially help you, nobody on here (i.e. fellow users) nor Apple can remove activation lock from a second-hand device
