on my screen when I go to see a photo it shows an exclamation point in the bottom right corner and the image quality is so bad it’s blurry and messed up and I do not know what to do with this it won’t let me edit a photo or even send one
Are you using iPhoto or Photos on a Mac? Or are you using Photos on a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, etc)?
The error message "Error downloading" suggests, that the photo needs downloading from iCloud Photo Library, but your question is in the iPhoto forum, and iPhoto does not support iCloud Photo library. So I suspect, you are not using iPhoto at all. Which device and application are you using to edit and share your photos?
Does anybody know what to do with error downloading this photo
