Photos are removed from iPhone when updated IOS.

Hello,

I updated my iphone to current IOS version, which is 11.2.6.

I updated my iPhone to current version on Sunday March 24th, 2018.

After I have updated, all my photos (more than thousands) have been removed.

I did not have iCloud or iTunes backup on by that time, so the backup does not work to restore them.

Is there any way to restore them? They are all removed from my photo album and recently deleted album.

THEY ARE ALL GONE....

Please, is there any way to restore them?

I tried using 3rd party app but it did not load them up...

Please, is there any way to have them back?

I chat with the customer service member and she said there is no way to restore them since backup was not on, which means they do not know about this glitch.
