Ive downloaded an app at AppStore and the app Said that it was free in 3 days so i clicked yes and then it Said that i just payed 300kr for the app and i dont even want that ******* app!!!! Im not gonna pay that money!

Also, my suggestion when contacting support and requesting a refund is to be calm and explain the situation politely. They will most likely be very accommodating when doing so. Any time someone calls support with demands and cursing are usually the ones that agents want to help out the least.
