Mac Mail stuck moving messages Getting this problem consistently. Mail spends hours stuck in "moving messages". Goes in and out of Not Responding in Activity Monitor. Memory burgeons to 1.4GB - then when things free-up the memory collapses back to about 400MB. Lot of Disk Activity in Activity Monitor. Mail and / or mds_stores reading continuously , GB of data - looks like indexing activity (?). Then finally - things free up - for no apparent rhyme or reason and various message streams start flowing.......... Until the next time.... Getting to be unuseable.
