Question: Updates pending

Hello,


I purchased the new Ipad 32GB today, synced my iCloud over, but in the App store there are two updates pending that dont update "Clips" and "Apple Store".


When I select update all they go to download then it changes back to update.


I have restarted the iPad and reset network settings, but the same happens.

iPad Wi-Fi, iOS 11.3, 32GB

It sounds like you’re having some issues updating specific apps. I’ll be happy to help out with this.


Take a look at these steps which can resolve most issues like the one you’re having: If you can’t download or update apps, or if apps get stuck - Apple Support
One of the steps is to restart the iPad, which you have already done. Have you also tried to connect to another Wi-Fi network?
