Why do my messages’ receiving/sending days/dates act weird?

I switched from a Samsung S7 Edge to an iPhone X and I asked for my messages to be transferred. I find the sending/receving date of messages that I had sent 2 years ago as yesterday or recent couple of days (like Friday) and when I open them, the sending date changes to the exact time I opened them at.

Did someone face the same issue?
