OK reboot and login normally. Then, download and run EtreCheck, created by one of own colleagues here in ASC. It is a diagnostic tool that's very useful to us in finding problems. Also it will give us further specs on your Mac. After it runs post the log file here. It will contain no personal information.
If you have a problem rebooting then you can stay in Safe Mode and run it from there.
Try starting in Safe Mode:

This will take longer to login as it runs some system checks and cache cleaning before login.
Thanks for the reply! I started up in safe mode. On the top right screen it says screen boot. I logged in. But the speed is super slow. I can’t really do anything.
