How do I take a card off of iTunes it’s a card that no longer works?

Every time I try to download a game it ask for security code and says it’s Incorrect and doesn’t allow me to Download app

See Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support and/or If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support.
