When will Apple fix iTunes on Windows and especially the Apple music part of it?

I know iTunes never worked well on Windows, but now iam on my trial period of Apple Music and iam surprised to see that this is even worse than the rest of iTunes. Iam only using it for a few days now but already found many problems:

-It often fails to start the next song in an album or playlist, just shows the album name and logo with but it does not start until i press the play again. Tha play/stop button indicates that it IS playing, when it actually isn't. This mostly happens when i switch song or i <speed up the music/click it through (don't know the english phrase for it)>.

-I often can't press buttons in the Apple music page. I click it and nothing happens, but the previous music keeps playing.

-I searched for Tobu artist, it didn't find anything, however it is present in the Apple music database.

-The music sometimes keep playing when the timeline of it and the counter stops.

- iTunes don't respond for seconds or minutes, sometimes even freezez completely.

Bonus problem: no web-based Apple music. -> Handy at work or places where you can't install iTunes.

Here iam talking about a freshly installed Win10 (happened also before reinstall), good PC (i7 7740x @4,8GHz, 16GB DDR4 RAM @3200MHz, GTX970 4GB VRAM, Samsung EVO 960 SSD) with good internet connection (14MB/s dl speed, 1,5MB up speed, ping 7ms,), but the same thing happens on my MS Surface Pro 4 (i5, 8GB RAM version) and the "falis to start next..." is also happening on my iPhone 5S on 4G connection.

iPhone 5s, iOS 11.3, null
