Question: About the NFC Capabilities

Hi! Not an apple hater but it just ***** that we can’t write on nfc tags unless we use external devices or jailbreak our phones. I’m currently using an Iphone 7 with ios 11.3. This is my question, is it possible to write commands on NFC tags from android and then use it on ios. I mean like, I’ll input for example “open wifi” command on an nfc tag using an android app which allows me to write commands to nfc tags, after i have placed a command on an nfc tag using android, is it possible to be read by ios or not? Do we really have to use an external nfc hardware to use the ios’ “nfc capabilities”
