Apple Watch series 3 cellular

My apple watch series 3 is the one with cellular. when I leave my phone in the car and run in the store or go to the library or stuff like that it always shows the time an hour behind the actual local time. How can I fix this? I also have to turn my iphone on and off when I get back to it to make the watch show the correct time.

Apple watch not adjusting to different time zones My 2020 apple watch won't adjust to different time zones. I've tried turning it off and back on, with no luck. It is connected to my iPhone 12 pro and while my phone changes times automatically, my watch doesn't. Any ideas???
