how can i find the apps i have purchased?

iTunes on the Mac no longer offers any way for me to view my current iOS app library. Is there still a way to do this?

iPhone SE, iOS 11

The questions I have found apply to iTunes which no longer has this information and though a list of Purchased Apps is available, I need the free ones too. Where are my apps on the itunes store I have bought many apps over the years. I now have ipad version13.something. On the itunes store, where do I find previously purchased apps, (and not just music!) ?

App Library - Where TF is it?? Where did the App library window go on itunes? It used to show all the apps you had purchased and previously downloaded. Now the best I can do is find them by scrolling back wards through purchase history which only shows them a few at a time. Any trying to find one from a year ago that I can't remember what it was called is a nightmare. What am I doing wrong here? How do I get the library window back?

Check from your iPhone, or install iTunes 12.6.4 or below.
