iPhone 7 Plus can’t connect via USB

Since the 11.3 iOS update my iPhone 7 plus will not connect to my 2014 Chevy Silverado WT1 radio via usb cord. I get “Cannot use Accessory. Only one accessory can be used at a time”. Problem is that there isn’t anything being used at the same time as the usb! I have tried turning off my Bluetooth, restarting my phone and trying different usb cords to no avail!

USB Port Connection Hello I have a iPhone 13 pro and recently updated to IOS 15.1. The other day I plugged my phone into my car via lightening cable and it charged my phone but it wouldn’t connect to my car’s radio. When I went to play music it just played out of the phone itself. I’ve tried changing lightening cables and restarted the phone but it didn’t change anything. Any help would be appreciated.
