Mac Pro Installation/Restore DVDs

Does anyone know where (or how) I can get a set of original installation/restore DVDs for a Mac Pro (2010 Westmere; 2.4GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon)?

How do I get iDVD back? I have been using iDVD on my iMac with High Sierra and then Mojave, running it from an external hard drive and it was working well. Of course, my external drive failed and I have no other copies of iDVD. When I went searching for iDVD, I found a lot of updates, but none would install because I didn't have a previous version of iDVD already on my Mac. I bought it with iLife a long time ago, but the original installation disc is long gone. It's been suggested that I buy and old copy of iLife and then do the upgrades to version 7. I have looked at other DVD burning programs and none work as well as iDVD did.
