Setup can't continue because Outlook isn't configured to have a default profile.

Bought a new Dell XPS 8930 and installed Microsoft Office 365. Downloaded iCloud for Windows from the Apple Support website. When I tried to apply it to Mail, received this message: Setup can't continue because Outlook isn't configured to have a default profile. One solution was to download an older version, specifically iCloud_5.2.1.zip - Google Drive; however, I was not able to unzip the file.
