Can’t e-mail from iPad

I'm afraid we will need a lot more information before we can offer much more than a pointer to the Apple help documents. Just "can't email" doesn't tell us much.

Was it working before and recently stopped, or is this the first time you've tried?

If it recently stopped, did anything else (software update, relocation, physical damage, etc.) happen around the same time?

What version of iOS is running on your iPad? What model iPad is it?

Is the iPad otherwise working well?

Can you receive email but not send it, send email but not receive it, or is it just not working in either direction?

If you have multiple email accounts, are they all failing the same way, or just one?
