You do not need a phone number; You cannot reach Apple directly through these columns as they are manned by volunteers, users, much like yourself.

However, we can help you … but do be aware that although Apple usually treat requests sympathetically where a genuine mistake has occurred, refunds are at Apple’s discretion, not a right.

If you have received an unexpected email advising you of a charge, read this document for guidance.

If you have an APPLE electronic receipt you will see an invitation to ‘Report a problem’.
Report what you say here as your problem and Apple will contact you.

If for some reason you do not have a receipt, follow the instructions in this Apple document where a similar ‘Report a problem’ link is offered.

Where subscriptions are concerned, you should try to spend a few moments reviewing this document which explains how you should view, change or cancel them.

One other check to make.
If you’re seeing an unfamiliar charge on your bank or credit card statement, read through this document.
