reviews on staff or stores

so I have been trying to work out how to give feedback on a store and member of staff. Really great feedback. The store in Valencia, Spain have helped me out now two years in a row and in particular a guy called Emilio.

You know the bad thing.

I have been trying to find out how I can either leave a review or contact Apple to tell them.

I've wasted 20mins trying.

So I give up.

What a huge shame.
