Question: My Apple Account is disabled

i am getting a message to say that my Apple ID is disabled when I try to download apps? I am able to login to my Apple ID no Problem and have reset my password several times.. so frustrating!

Apple ID is locked or disabled

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
