I tried inputting my information such as my social security number , address , and full name . But it told me my information is incorrect , and made my account from not being able to make purchases or pay people over text . And nothing helps , i have over 100$ on here but cant even use it .
See Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support. Apple don't need your social security number. I think you've been had. Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support, enable Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support if you can, and contact your bank to cancel your card if you entered the details on a fake Apple portal.
