Why does my pulse looks so awful? Does such chart means I use watch wrong?

Your graph doesn’t show time or rate scale numbers and we don’t know your activity levels, so it is difficult to be certain but it doesnt look abnormal. Remember your heart rate is dynamic depending on your body’s needs, and the graph displayed sets its vertical scale automatically. In one view you might have range 60-90 beats, and just by viewing a different time period when you were more active it could auto scale to 60-160.

If you are getting a “noisy” graph with false high spikes the most frequent cause is the watch moving too much on your arm, because the band is too loose. Check the fit of the watch particularly if you are making frequent or energetic arm actions.
