Recovery phone number not used

If recovery phone lost and it is changed, how could i know the full phone number? Basically i want to recover my photo from 5s, but it's need apple ID where i can't recover due to unused phone number. Right now im using 6s,

APPLE ID RECOVERY AND LOST PICTURES my phone was stolen while i was in Las Vegas and i had to wait a few days to get a new one. the theifs changed all my passwords to emails and mobile banking. they changed the trusted phone number on my apple id. after about 6 weeks the apple recovery finally went through. the weird thing is i only got back about 15 photos. my phone backed it self up every night so i know they were backed up. how can i find them and get them back ??
