I need to delete subscription which i don’t use. But this subscription requires money from me. I canceled it but it stills to require money. I don’t know what I must do?

Typically free trials set up an auto-renewing subscription which you need to manually revoke before it is first called on if you don't want to continue with the subscription at the end of the trial. Deleting the related app doesn't cancel it. See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support for details. Cancel the subscription renewal now. Contact iTunes - Official Apple Support to talk about cancelling/refunding the unused and unwanted service.
