How do I remove a payment method used in family sharing so family members cannot bill my account?

My mom is the head of our family sharing account and I won’t want her to keep getting charged for the apps/music I purchase. I want my account to be able to charge purchases to my own card.

The best you can do is buy/redeem iTunes Gift cards to use to make your purchases.
