passcode reset

Hi, I just recently misplaced my phone. I had to go to "find my iphone" and eventually found it at the bottom of my carseat. While it was missing I had it set as lock b/c it was missing. Now it requires my 6 digit passcode and I can't seem to remember what it is. What is the best way to reset it?
