The game recently glitched and cost me a lot of resources in the game. After no response from the game support, I requested a refund from apple (around $800), which is about 5% of what I spent on the game. Now the game susport is telling me they are going to retaliate by banning my account. Since I will not be able to play the game any more, and will not have access to the account I spent all this money on, can I request a refund on all the purchases I made from this game over the last 3 months? I tried to work with the game support, but they are saying I will be banned if I do not repurchase all money I got refunded, and they will not work with me to fixing the original issue with the glitch that caused the first issue. A refund i bought a game for R39,99 ( Assassin’s Creed Identity) but it kept showing connecting and i connected it to data and wifi but it still didn’t work so i deleted the game and i was hoping if i could get a refund please.
