Data recovery from S5 without apple id

My sister is using 6s now, earlier she has used 5s. Accidentally her 5s is locked by my kid where she didn't know id & and password, even she can't remember whether she sync with itune/icloud. It's now in totally unused. Now for her personal purpose, she needs some photograph which are in her 5s. We tryed to recover the id & password and locked due to wrong password input several time. we are showed it to local service center where they recovered only the first letter of email id. But it is not solved our purpose.

1) So, how to recover the photo without id. 2) if we flash /factory reset it, should we recover those photo by recovery software ?

3) We have the box but not have documents. Know the IMEI number. Model A1457

If the phone is now disabled, there is no way to recover anything on the phone that wasn't backed up before it was disabled.

She can try to recover her Apple ID and reset the password at https://iforgot.apple.com, but that won't allow her to get anything off of the phone that's on it now.
