Apple Watch Series 3
I called them before, and told them to found my serial number too, but they can´t found anything, not even the watch itself. Seems my watch´s serial number just disappeared from the apple system. Any suggestions? Thank you for responding.
If you sent them a watch and they've lost it, it's on them to get that sorted out. You need to call back and get more information. Ask to speak to a supervisor if the person you get isn't able to help.

What do you mean the serial number stopped working?
I would call Apple and provide them the case number for your issue. They'll be able to give you an update.
