Tip of headphone jack stuck in iPod Touch

So the very tip of a speaker cable broke off in the headphone jack of my iPod Touch today, and I can't get it out. The iPod now thinks that I constantly have a pair of headphones plugged in, thus disabling sound from the speaker which means I now have absolutely no audio from the device. The only option now is to take it to Apple and see if they can fix it. The problem is, the iPod is 6 and a half years old, and I have no intentions of paying $150 to fix a device worth $40. Does anyone know how much this repair costs? Thank you

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.5, N/A
