i have a ipad model 1395. how to upgrade to ios10 or 11?
I have a problem, my down load apps are telling me to upgrade to iOS 10 or higher. How do I update to iOS 10 or higher?

You have an iPad 2.
That model cannot be upgraded any farther than iOS 9.3.5.
If you need newer apps that need a newer iOS, you need to purchase a new or newer (Apple refurbished OR “used”) iPad model.
