iPad can't load websites after iOS 11.3 update

Since updating to iOS 11.3 today, my iPad will not successfully download webpages. For instance I can go to Apple News and connect, but when I click on an item, either the app quits or I get a message that the page is reloading due to a problem. It never reloads. Also the iPad is much slower than it was. All other devices are fine using the WiFi network, but with iPad I have the same problem on other WiFi networks.
