I have enough storage but it wont let me backup

im on the ios 11.3 i think well i know its the lastest but i have free storage in my icloud but my icloud wont back it up because its saying that i have too much storage, how is that?

I had the same issue. Make sure your device is connected to wifi, low power mode is turned off as well. That is what fixed my issue but go here if that doesn't work:How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
