Paying iTunes?

So i put in $20 into my account, adding up into $31.16. I multiplied $9.99 by 3 and i got $29.97, meaning I should have just enough to pay. I already paid twice but I have $10.24 left and I can no longer pay for the $9.99. Even if there‘s taxes involved, shouldn’t I still have enough to pay the $9.99? I’m really frustrated.

The first two items came to $10.46 each after tax. This is more than your available credit.
