How can I access my files on my cloud?

I have files stored on icloud and am having difficulty getting to my cloud to view them. Any suggestions?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you are unable to view files stored in iCloud on your Mac. I would be happy to help provide some additional information.

It looks like you indicated your Mac is running OS X 10.6.7. The minimum OS X version required to view files via the iCloud Drive is OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) or later. To view files via iCloud.com, Safari 7 or later is needed. You can view the system requirements for iCloud here:

You may be able to update the software on your Mac in order to access iCloud features. The following support article provides additional steps how to do so:

If you're using OS X Snow Leopard or Lion, get OS X updates by choosing Software Update from the Apple () menu.
