I got charge for a chegg subscription but chegg shows I have no signed up

Hi,

I have the chegg app and I purchased the student tutor subscription for 14.99. I went on iTunes and purchased the subscription. I have no been able to use my subscriptio. chegg does not see an active subscription for my account. I was billed for the subscription. The purchase order is ***. I purchased it on April 3rd 2018. If you could help me out that would be great thank you!

Have you looked on the developer's website and/or contacted the developers of the app ? If they can't or own't help have you contacted iTunes Support about it ?
