my ipad is disabled and giving time so much need help

You will need to restore your device. With your ipad charger, connect it into a laptop with itunes, if you don't have it already downloaded you can download it here :iTunes - Download iTunes Now - Apple (AU)

Allow your device to trust the laptop. Click the symbol for your device on iTunes and information about your device should show up. Then Click "Restore iPad". Unfortunately, Unless you have iCloud Photo Stream turned on and you have your photos on iCloud, you will lose them when you re-set up your iPad.
