fcpx 10.4.1 rapidly changing colors on video. How can I fix this? Is apple aware? how do I locate the bug report page?

I just upgraded to fcpx 10.4.1 and now all my color is rapidly changing colors when previewing the clips and on the timeline. How do I fix this? Critical that this is resolved. Is Apple aware? How do I report this bug and where? I have a mid 2011 iMac, but I have read this is happening on new machines.
