Question: Apple ID

Anytime I attempt to get an app or update apps I receive a notification saying how my Apple Id is disabled. I have changed my password 4 times and it has not resolved anything. What do I need to do now?

Is resetting its password the only thing that you've done, have you also done : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ?

If you've done that and it still shows as disabled contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
