Loading?

My phone periodically seems like it is trying to load something like if I were on line. I want to know why or what it’s doing so I can tumen it off. I don’t have on iDrive and I don’t have on iCloud for automatic updates. I need to know what it is though because I really don’t want to go over on my data iPhone 8 Plus newest software update

That icon you're seeing just means there's some kind of network activity occurring, per Status icons and symbols on your iPhone - Apple Support . This could be any sort of connection, such as you browsing the internet in Safari (like your screenshot indicates) or Mail checking for messages, other apps that may connect, etc.
