Can't find Chinese keyboard after restarting laptop

Hi. A few days back, I had to force restart my laptop because of an unknown reasons. After restarting and opening it again, I couldn't find my Chinese input source anymore. I have been using the Mac input source. I set my "change input source" to Caps Lock but couldn't seem to change the input source.

I then went into System Preferences, and couldn't find both simplified and traditional Chinese anymore. Languages with 'characters' couldn't be found anymore. Languages such as Japanese and Korean could not be found.

Does anyone know how to solve this? Anyone else having the same problem?

Thanks.

If a safe boot does not solve it, try the fixes Apple recommends:
