Hi Vaibhav. So this is a normal occurrence. It all depends on the mobile network you are using and the signal strength you have. I know for a fact that i don't think in India atleast, 4G works while you're on a call. However, 3G also works only sometimes while on call. This issue isn't with you're device though. For example, I have 4G now but when I just got a call, even though I didn't receive it, it went to 3G till the incoming call rang out.
