NAME/ACCOUNT ‘GREYED OUT’
my name is greyed out, unable to select it to back up, etc. anyone know what i can do to fix this? thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with your name being greyed out in Settings and I am happy to help out! First, go to Settings > General > Restrictions and check that Restrictions are showing to be off.
